Rathlin Island Northern Cliffs (14055658)

The steep northern cliffs of Rathlin Island are over 7km long and provide only a few safe decents to sea level. This photograph was taken from the old Coastguard Lookout at Ballyconagan looking towards the promintory of Skerriagh. Further to the west is the impressive West Lighthouse and RSPB seabird centre. This makes a great vantage point for the many species of seabird which nest on the island, including Puffins.
