Giant's Causeway (06102347)

The Giant's Causeway is one of Ireland's most impressive natural features. It consists of approx 40,000 neatly packed hexagonal blocks created thousands of years ago as a result of lava cooling. This is one of my first attempts to photograph it. I was able to balance the warmth of the setting sun against thye cool of the sea .
